Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nudie nothing but orange juice with pulp
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup plain all purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Orange marmalade
- Coconut yoghurt
- Fresh orange slices + zest
- Icing sugar
- Maple syrup

Add the orange juice, milk and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk well.

Add in the remaining dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.

Heat up a frypan on medium heat and grease well with oil.

Add ¼ cup of batter into the pan to form each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form and flip then cook on the other side for an additional minute.

Stack the pancakes up onto a plate and decorate as desired. Enjoy.
