berry coconut overnight oats

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup coconut yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 2/3 cup (160mL) apple & mixed berries coco juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Topping: More yogurt, fresh berries, shredded and/or toasted coconut, mint

Add all of the ingredients into a jar and stir well to combine.

Place the lid on and allow to set overnight in the fridge.

When ready to serve, give it another mix and serve with toppings of choice. Enjoy.
