mango chia pudding

  • prep time: 5 minutes
  • chill: 2 hours or overnight
  • serves 1
    • ⅓ cup nudie probiotic mango & passionfruit smoothie
    • ¼ cup plant-based milk
    • 2 tbsp chia seeds
    • ¼ cup plant-based yoghurt
    • Fresh mango
    • Orange
    • Banana slices
    • Nuts of choice (eg. pistachios)
    1. Add the nudie smoothie, milk and chia seeds into a bowl. Whisk well, cover and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until thickened.
    2. When ready to serve, remove from fridge and mix well.
    3. Add into a glass or jar and add yoghurt, fresh fruit and nuts on top. Enjoy!
